It is with great pleasure that I wish to announce the appointment of Mr. Alain Du Sault as Chairman and CEO of Intergroupe Assurances Inc. Mr. Du Sault occupied for a few weeks the position of Interim CEO. The appointment was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors on June 13.

Mr. Du Sault has an extensive experience of over 30 years in insurance, including 13 as head of ActiPrima Insurance and Financial Services Inc. He is serving on Intergroupe Board of Directors since 2008.

Mr. Du Sault has the professional qualifications of Insurance Broker Associate, Chartered Insurance Professional, Financial Security Advisor and Advisor in group insurance and annuities.

It should be noted that Mr. Du Sault remains CEO and Owner of ActiPrima Assurances et Services FInanciers Inc.

It's a highly strategic decision for Intergroupe and Mr. Du Sault represents for us an ideal candidate to ensure the continued success of our banner and to face the challenges ahead.

I also take this opportunity to confirm that I will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Intergroupe.
