The Rendez-vous des Gestionnaires fifth edition has taken place at the Hotel Mortagne in Boucherville last Wednesday. For the occasion, more than 70 managers of affiliated brokerages firms have come to attend the one day event.

In the morning, Mr. Jasmin Bergeron, lecturer and professor emeritus at the QUAM has taugh us on the WOW effect by demonstrating that everything is a matter of perception in our relationships with our customers.

In the afternoon, Mr. Louis Pearson, newly trainer and speaker, has transmitted his knowledge to our audience on the qualities and roles of a good manager in a brokerage firm and made us remember the mission, vision and objectives importance within a company.
